Is the proposed project location in the UAE?*

Does the proposed project have a duration between 1 to 6 months?*

Does the proposal address how it will ensure that at least 70% of the targeted beneficiaries are Emiratis, with up to 30% being Arabs residing in the UAE? *

Does the proposal provide evidence of a current or future skills gap that the project aims to address?*

Are the trainings offered by the project validated, certified, or accredited by relevant bodies or hiring partners? *

Does the proposal describe how the project collaborates with the private sector to align with their needs?*

Does your project have a clear plan to facilitate actual employment or positive career outcomes for youth? *

Eligibility and Capacity :

Can the organization or its partner demonstrate experience in developing and implementing similar projects in the country of implementation? *

Does the proposal provide evidence of prior success in the implementation of similar projects? *

Is the organization affiliated with any political party or have any political objectives? *

Does the organization have internal procedures and policies related to financial and technical reporting that align with the Foundation's requirements? *

Does the organization have the capacity to plan, implement, and evaluate a program of the proposed scale? *

Does the organization adhere to the data protection policies relevant to the Dubai International financial Centre (i.e. DIFC DPL or GDPR)? *
